"It's pure adrenaline!"www.bormioonline.com/skiworldcup

Super spectacular men's downhill race for true winter sports fans. The great champions of alpine ski hurtle through the air at crazy speed on the Stelvio Slope, considered the hardest and most demanding race all over the world. Last year it was Didier Defago, the Vancouver Olympic champion, to win the Bormio race with the time of 2’01.81, followed by Patrick Kueng and Klaus Kroel. Who is going to be the next winner?

The ski area of Bormio remains open during the event. Closed slopes are only training slopes and Stelvio slope from dawn to one hour after tryouts/race.
