The course of the Bormio stage

Bormio Ski is a perfect location for this type of race, with technical and demanding tracks that will test the skills of the participants.

The Valtellina stage will follow the trajectory drawn by two of the most famous tracks of the Bormio Bike Park.

The course that will host the Bormio International Downhill Championships encompasses four of the bike park's trails: Viper, Hell Rocks, Autobahn, and Zombie.
The start is at over 2,600 meters above sea level. The first section features high banks and smooth lines, where the riding style is pure bike park style. Then you enter the hellish environment of "Hell Rocks": a steep, rocky ridge, extremely technical, where maximum concentration is required to avoid mistakes. Once you enter the "Autobahn," the trail becomes a true flow trail, wide and very fast, with plenty of airtime: ridges, doubles, and sharks, before emerging onto a more natural and technical line that leads to the final stretch of the Zombie trail, inside the forest, where there's no shortage of roots and natural obstacles, as well as berms and wooden walkways built specifically to enhance the spectacular nature of the trail.
Fun and adrenaline will be at a maximum until the very last moment of the race, with the athletes competing in a spectacular final jump before the finish line in Bormio 2000.

If you are a downhill enthusiast, come and cheer at the Downhill Italian Cup in Bormio and experience two spectacular days.
