Bormio, 04/10/2012 - The seventh edition of La Pozza dei Mat is getting closer and the "pozza group" is already making preparations for the event keeping an eye on all the weather forecast websites to understand what kind of weather conditions we are expecting. In the meantime we are digging the hole wich will host the 30 x 15 meter- pool that only the brave will be able to cross.
Last year we had 262 courageous participants who challenged the pond but not many were able to cross it. Many had to take an off-season bath which surely was reinvigorating in those 450.000 liters of water! To watch the event about 6,000 spectators and so if the previous edition was such a big success our wish is to do the same this year hoping in the clemency of the weather. Glancing the forecast now it looks like we will have snow or rain but the weather is changing rapidly and we will give you a final confirmation on the date within Thursday evening when forecasting will be more believable. Only in case of certain real bad weather the event will be postpone to Sunday April 22nd.

And then on Sunday April 15th from 10.00 a.m. the contest of the pond, following Live Music in Bormio 2000 with City Kaos and then the "Feston dei Mat" and lottery draw from 5.00 p.m. again @ BeWhite and 30 m2.
